2D Pixel Artist

MID – SENIOR LEVEL

We are looking for a 2D Pixel Artist Mid – Senior Level to join our team. If you have experience and you are eager to join an interesting project, this is your opportunity.A 2D pixel art portolfio is required in order to evaluate the application.

Responsibilities 

• Creation of concept art, sketches and preliminary work of environments. 
• Creation of art, elements/props, characters, scenery, tiles, parallax elements, etc. 
• Work collaboratively with the rest of the art team, as well as other departments such as design and development. 
• Adapt and contribute work to the art director’s guidelines. 
• Be able to adapt and optimize the creations based on the needs of the project.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in videogame development as a pixel artist.
• Have participated in the artistic design of at least one videogame previously. 
• Knowledge of the artistic pipeline of a videogame project. 
• Ability to implement and adapt feedback. 
• Good teamwork in artistic creation. 
• Adobe Photoshop and/or Aseprite.

Preferred Qualifications

• Be able to work with agile methodologies. 
• Knowledge of the basic elements of level design and its relation with art. 
• English, minimum B1 (desirable B2 or higher).
