Junior Unreal Programmer

 

We are looking for video game programmers with some degree of experience in Unreal and VR, to help create All On Board!, the best tabletop experience for VR.

 

Responsibilities

  • Help implement a variety of features and systems, that range from VR interactions and Avatar presence, to board game rule modeling.
  • Closely work with game designers to further refine each feature with the user experience in mind.
  • Contribute to discussion with producers and senior developers to shape the title and your code.
  • Create useful tools, pieces and components, that enable technical designers while porting the licensed games to the platform.

 

Requirements

  • Profound understanding of the Unreal Engine architecture and editor features.
  • Proficiency with Blueprints programming.
  • Some knowledge of C++ in the context of Unreal Engine
  • Experience with version control (Git, P4, PlasticSCM, …)
  • Commercial or non-commercial experience as developer, preferably with published work.
  • Ability to work efficiently remotely
  • Willing to learn and develop your skills
  • Ability to write clean, easy to use, allocation free code.
  • Good communication skills in English

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Some degree of Spanish is also desirable.
  • Experience extending or customizing Unreal Engine editor features.
