Community Manager and Content Creator

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the community of people interested in our games and other products. 
• Create engaging and relevant content to promote our video games, merchandising and generate interest in the industry. 
• Collaborate with the different departments in the publishing area to reach the community goals set internally. 
• Monitor and respond to user comments and questions on social media and maintain effective communication with our community of followers. 

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of video game, board games and virtual reality. 
• Demonstrable previous experience as a Community Manager and/or Content Creator in the video game industry. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English. 
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. 
• Creativity and initiative for the ideation, planning and execution of audiovisual content creation in the appropriate formats for each social network. 
• In-depth knowledge of the positioning algorithms of each social network. 
• Experience with audiovisual filming, editing and video editing equipment. 
• English level C1 or higher. 

Preferred qualifications

• Official training in Communication, Journalism or equivalent will be a plus.  

Additional information

• Type of contract 
  • Relocation to Canary Island is required (Full relocation expenses and up to two months of temporary rent covered.) 
  • Long term position. 40 hours/week contract. 
  • 30-35k gross annual salary depending on experience.
