The purchase of any of the products implies the full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the General Conditions indicated, without prejudice to the acceptance of the Special Conditions that may apply when purchasing certain products.

The GAME KITCHEN reserves the right to decide, at any time, the products or services offered to Customers. In this way, THE GAME KITCHEN may, at any time, add new products or services to those currently offered. Likewise, THE GAME KITCHEN reserves the right to withdraw or stop offering, at any time, and without prior notice, any of the products offered.

9. RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY
According to the regulations, the consumer and user will have the right to WITHDRAW from the contract for a maximum period of 14 calendar days without the need to indicate the reason and without incurring any cost, except those provided for in Article 107.2 and 108 of RD1/2007, of November 16, by which the text referred to in the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users is approved.
PRODUCTS
The customer will have a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the goods or products requested to inform THE GAME KITCHEN of their wish to withdraw from the contract.
The withdrawal implies that, THE GAME KITCHEN will proceed to the refund of the amount already paid by the customer within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, following the same procedure chosen by the customer for payment (provided that the purchased product is not within the exceptions indicated above).
During this period, the consumer will inform the entrepreneur of his decision to withdraw from the contract by filling in the form found at the end of this document and sending it to the email address of info@thegamekitchen.com
The GAME KITCHEN shall communicate to the consumer on a durable medium an acknowledgement of receipt of such withdrawal.
To proceed with the return of a product it is essential that it is in perfect condition and with its corresponding original packaging, with all its accessories and without having been used.
Once we receive your request we will contact the customer to indicate the details of the return.
The customer will bear the costs of returning the goods.

10. LEGAL GUARANTEE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE GOODS
Products purchased through THE GAME KITCHEN have a 3-year warranty period. The trader shall be responsible for any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery or supply and are manifested within three years of delivery in the case of the goods. This guarantee period shall apply only to the extent permitted by the nature of the property.
The goods delivered by the trader to the consumer or user shall be considered in conformity with the contract when they meet the subjective and objective requirements that apply provided that, where applicable, they have been correctly installed or integrated, without prejudice to the rights of third parties referred to in the General Law for the protection of consumers and users in its article.117.
Consumable products, deficiencies caused by improper use or manipulation, or defects arising from any external cause are excluded from the warranties.
To avoid problems with the installation or handling of the purchased product, make sure you have followed the installation and operation instructions contained in the user manuals.
If the purchased product is still not working properly, you should immediately contact the manufacturer’s customer support and technical assistance services, or, where applicable, the representative or distributor.
Technical services will usually require you to provide them with the following information:

11. BUSINESS LIABILITY AND CONSUMER AND USER RIGHTS
The trader shall be liable to the consumer or user for any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery of the goods, and the consumer or user may, by a simple declaration, require the trader to remedy such lack of conformity, reduce the price or terminate the contract. In any of these cases, the consumer or user may also demand compensation for damages, if applicable.
The consumer or user shall have the right to suspend payment of any outstanding part of the price of the purchased good until the entrepreneur fulfils the obligations set out in this Title.
The consumer and user have the right to repair the product, to replace it, to reduce the price or to terminate the contract, as set out in Chapter II Tit. IV Book II of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
If the product is not in conformity with the contract, the consumer may choose between the repair or replacement of the product, both free of charge for the consumer, which will be carried out within a reasonable time depending on the nature of the products and the purpose for which they were intended.
If the repair is completed and the product is delivered, the product is still not in conformity with the contract, the consumer may require its replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract.

13. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
The present conditions shall be governed by the Spanish legislation in force.
The language used shall be Spanish.
Consumer and user information on the right of withdrawal
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen calendar days without justification.
The withdrawal period shall expire within fourteen calendar days of the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the goods
Procedure for exercising your right of withdrawal:
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us by the means we make available, of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email). You can use this model withdrawal form, although its use is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication relating to the exercise by your part of this right is sent before the expiry of the corresponding period.
Consequences of withdrawal:
In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the less expensive mode of ordinary delivery that we offer) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make such reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, it will not incur any expenses as a result of the reimbursement.
You must return or deliver the goods directly to us at C/Juan de Mariana, 23, bass. C.P 41005 Sevilla (Spain), without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The time limit shall be deemed to have been met if the goods are returned before the expiry of that period.
You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
